The Fall semester is upon us, and that means Allied Drive Literacy Time is starting back up!

As always, we will head to Allied Drive on Monday’s, leaving campus around 2:00 and returning by 4:30.

Fall 2015 Dates:

September 14
October 19
November 9
December 7

In the Fall, we get to read and sing with 3rd and 4th graders as well as reading, singing, and crafting with the Kindergarten and 1st grade students at Allied Drive.

Have a fantastic craft idea?!   Can’t wait to get signed up?!  Want to volunteer to drive?!  Need more information about the group?!  Send any questions, comments, concerns, ideas to slisallied@gmail.com. We love hearing from our volunteers!

Although it doesn’t seem like it with all the snow we just got, the Spring Semester is here, and so are the dates for Allied Drive Literacy Time!  This semester will feature several guest UW-Librarians as story time readers, but we still need you wonderful volunteers to assist them and also help the librarian from the Madison Public-Sequoya branch do book check-out.  Allied Drive Literacy Time will take place as usual on Monday afternoon’s from 2:00-4:30. We will continue to meet at SLIS Library and carpool over to the Allied Drive center.

April 27– book giveaway

These dates may change, but the student coordinator will be in touch if they do.
